elopement with children

I plan to marry in Eureka Springs sometime this week. My groom is flying here from Austria, and we are not sure just when we want to have the ceremony. I have 2 children, both above 15 years of age, so I want to have them with us, though not in the same room. Is there someone I can get advice or help from to arrange our stay?

J and I have surfed every link that isn't broken in ES, and now they are all fuzzy in my mind....He has had incredibly bad luck with trying to fly here, so all our plans have had to remain extremely flexible...and since I have a 15 year old son, we need enough space for him to NOT be in the room with us after the ceremony...we were looking for a cabin or suite that had a separate room, but finding those on short notice seems to be tricky at best. I'm hoping that we can find someplace there just by driving around, but I'm a little worried about that concept.

I do appreciate your suggestions...I'd like to have our spur of the moment wedding that doesn't go wrong, but I know that the spur of the moment is just inviting trouble at the same time

Fly into Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) rent a car and drive about an hour to Eureka Springs. There are also airports in Springfield Missouri, Tulsa Oklahoma and Branson, Missouri. Springfield and Tulsa are both about two hours away. Altho the Branson airport is just opened and I do not know much about it, it's only an hour away.

Not only do they offer adjoining rooms and suites, but they also have an indoor pool that would give your son something to do. It's a very nice hotel.
